Psychotherapy for adolescents and adults in New York City and virtually across New York State
Taking the first step takes courage.
Often it begins with recognizing that you may need support and reaching out to schedule a first appointment. It can also mean sitting with discomfort and gently challenging patterns that may no longer be serving you. Therapy invites curiosity — the willingness to question, re-learn, and practice new ways of being. It may involve making room for change, letting go of what is no longer working, and reconnecting with yourself and with others. Each of these steps is an act of courage, and you don’t have to move through them alone.
I incorporate relational, psychodynamic, and creative approaches to support deeper self-understanding and meaningful change. I take an active role in the therapeutic process — engaging wholeheartedly, meeting you where you are, and offering a steady, attuned presence as we make sense of your experiences and support new ways of being in your life and relationships.
