What populations do you work with?

I work with adolescents and adults navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My eating disorder work includes support for anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, OSFED, orthorexia, compulsive exercise, chronic dieting, and body image distress.


What is your therapeutic approach?

My work is grounded in relational, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed therapy. I also incorporate creative and experiential methods when helpful. As a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS), I provide specialized care for individuals navigating eating disorders and body image concerns.


Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. I offer in-person therapy in New York City and on Long Island, as well as virtual therapy through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform for clients throughout New York State.


What are your hours of operation?

I offer sessions Monday through Thursday, with morning, afternoon, and evening availability.


How much does a session cost?

$300 per session


Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider. A monthly superbill will be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement varies depending on your individual plan.


What forms of payment do you take?

Payment is accepted via credit or debit card and is due at the time of the session.


If I need to cancel a session how much notice is needed?

Please provide 48 business hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
