Individual Therapy (50 Minutes)
Individual therapy is a collaborative process that unfolds within a safe, caring, and confidential space. Here, you are invited to slow down, speak openly, and explore the patterns and experiences that may be shaping how you move through the world. Through curiosity and reflection, therapy can deepen your understanding of yourself, help you reconnect with your sense of self, and support meaningful change.
Group Therapy
Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to share, reflect, and learn alongside others in a safe and supportive environment. Within the group setting, participants often find relief in realizing they are not alone while gaining new perspectives and deepening their understanding of themselves and their relationships.
Current Group Offering
Tween Body Image & Identity Resilience Group (Ages 11–13)
12-week virtual group
Tuesdays 4:30–5:30pm
March 24 – June 16, 2026
This group supports tweens in strengthening their sense of self during an important developmental stage when body image concerns, identity questions, and social pressures often begin to emerge. Through guided discussion, creative and experiential activities, and supportive peer connection, participants build self-awareness, resilience, and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
The Tween Body Image & Identity Resilience Group is offered virtually to participants in New York City and throughout New York State.
Parents are welcome to reach out to learn more about the group and whether it may be a good fit for their child. I’m happy to speak briefly to answer questions and help determine if the group feels like the right support at this time.
Eating Disorder Treatment
After an initial consultation and evaluation, a highly individualized treatment plan is developed to support each client’s unique needs in recovery. My approach to eating disorder treatment is integrative and relational, drawing from psychodynamic and talk therapy, experiential and creative approaches, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, exposure-based work, and embodied practices that support reconnecting with the body in a compassionate and sustainable way. My work is also informed by Health at Every Size® (HAES) principles and an inclusive approach that supports clients in developing a more compassionate relationship with their bodies. Together, we work to understand patterns, strengthen your sense of self, and develop a more supportive and attuned relationship with your body and inner experience. Ongoing communication and collaboration with members of your treatment team helps ensure thoughtful and coordinated care. This work is grounded in my experience supporting individuals navigating eating disorders and body image concerns with care, curiosity, and a deep respect for the complexity of recovery.
Professional Consultation & Speaking
Professional workshops, consultation, and speaking engagements are offered across a variety of settings and explore topics such as body image, self-esteem, identity development, team building, and fostering creativity and innovation. Drawing from relational, creative, and embodied approaches, these offerings create thoughtful spaces for reflection, dialogue, and collaboration. Through experiential learning, participants are invited to deepen awareness, strengthen connection, and reconnect with the values that shape how we relate to ourselves and others.
Clinical Supervision
As a New York State Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, I offer clinical supervision as a reflective and collaborative space to thoughtfully explore clinical work. Supervision supports clinicians in deepening their counseling skills, working through clinical challenges, and thoughtfully considering the ethical dimensions of therapeutic practice. Together, we reflect on cases, explore relational dynamics that emerge in treatment, and support the ongoing growth and development of the clinician.
